Chris lays it out with admirable clarity: the bureaucratic monstrosity known as the Valley Link transmission line is about to bulldoze straight through 115 miles of historic central Virginia—mostly private property, naturally—an acceptable sacrifice for the greater grid.

I loved this and I was encoured to write a letter to every Federal Department and Agency that should by helping the redidents that will by severly impacted my this project. Here is the letter:
Residence of the Mid-Atlantic States are fighting for our right to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness written in the Declaration of Independence to the colonists. Then in turn, with the help from their allies, the French, in the Revolutionary War from British oppression.
Will you be our “French” ally? Dominion Power, along with two other electric companies have formed Valley Link and proposed a 160ft high, 745kw transmission line to cut a 115m x 200ft swath through the most rural woodland and agricultural…
