Aerial LIDAR Surveys Underway

That didn't take long! I've confirmed with a Valley Link contact that this was indeed an aerial survey of the two primary routes being considered for the Joshua Falls to Yeats 765KV monstrosity. I will be filing a complaint with the FAA on noise and disturbance to the farm animals.
