Step Two of Our Take Action Program: Deadline March 20

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) is now accepting public comments until March 20 on proposed “rule changes” that would dramatically speed up approvals for large generation projects.
If these changes go through, it will become far easier for developers to justify and fast-track new transmission lines—including the controversial Valley Link project we’ve been fighting.
This is our chance to make our voices heard before the rules are locked in. Here’s what we need you to do:
Submit an official public comment to FERC.
Yes, the process is deliberately clunky, tedious, and full of bureaucratic traps (almost like they designed it to discourage regular people from participating). But we’ve got you covered. A true expert on FERC filings has created super-detailed, step-by-step instructions that walk you through the entire process—click-by-click, so you can’t mess it up.
This step is critical. It’s not glamorous, but it’s powerful. We need as many comments as possible by March 20.
Clear eyes, full hearts—let’s do this together.
Thank you for showing up for our community.
Download the instructions by clicking the button below.
EDIT: If you need immediate help, by all means call the FERC help desk directly at Local: 202-502-6652 | Toll-free: 866-208-3676
Need extra help?
A generous local volunteer is hosting an in-person help session where they’ll sit with you, walk you through it live, and make sure your comment gets filed correctly. Details for the live help session below.
