Did Valley Link Just Push Back the SCC Submission Date ?

According to a "little birdie" that left a note on my windowsill, the SCC submission is getting shoved back because Valley Link—sorry, Dominion Energy "leadership"—has suddenly realized they’re nowhere near ready for September.
They’re just so "concerned" that the very citizens they’re steamrolling for their precious land grab might get a proper, unhurried chance to voice their pesky little "concerns." After all, it takes time to pretend to read every angry letter, file it under “ignore,” and call that a “respectable and thorough process.”
So now they’re aiming for October. Fantastic. Gives us extra weeks to sharpen the claws on the dragon-slayer legal team.
Side note: Is Dominion’s brain trust finally getting the memo that central Virginians are done being polite and are currently sharpening their pitchforks in righteous fury?
I spoke to one Valley Link rep. and told him no one in Central Virginia is allowing access to their land and we are gun toting American citizens and will use our right to bear arms, if necessary. He started screaming into the phone that I was threatening him with a gun. I responded that if you think that 95% of the residents here do not own at least one gun and maybe ten, then he is living in the dark ages!
